Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 25, 2026 • Effective Date: January 1, 2026

By accessing or using TiBox (tibox.site), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and utilities.

1. Permitted Use & Client-Side License

TiBox grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our web applications, document tools, and developer utilities free of charge for personal, educational, and commercial workflows.

Because all calculations, type inferences, and image encodings run strictly in your local browser runtime, you retain 100% intellectual property ownership of any files, code, or data processed through our tools.

2. Prohibited Conduct

When utilizing TiBox, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overwhelm, or launch denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our edge CDN hosting infrastructure.
  • Scrape, duplicate, or mirror the website in a misleading manner that infringes on our trademark or intellectual property.
  • Use the utilities for unlawful purposes, such as generating fraudulent identity credentials or malicious exploits.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The tools, calculators, and technical documentation on TiBox are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While our engineering team applies rigorous unit testing and cryptographic standards (such as W3C WebCrypto and RFC specifications), you are advised to verify critical outputs before deploying them into mission-critical production environments.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TiBox and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the utilities, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

5. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international web practices. If you have any questions or require enterprise licensing verification, please reach out to us:
